Born and raised Ohio proud, full of life and love for others, my name is Alyssa Rowland, and I am the creator and founder of GoldSoul. Since my first paid position at the ripe age of thirteen, a desire to build relationships and provide genuine customer service was in my blood. After graduating from the Ohio State Beauty Academy, I continued to learn and perfect my craft - embodying the word Excellence as my "True North".

With prior management experience and currently over 19 years in the service industry, I am fortunate to have the opportunity to speak, teach, coach, and serve others daily.
